Marketing Manager / Associate (AI)

Location: Remote · Global; Bogotá, Colombia is also listed. Availability during client business hours and time zone overlap are required.

Salary: $10–15 USD per hour, depending on experience.

hirify.global is hiring a marketing professional to create content, execute campaigns, manage CRM and email workflows, and use AI tools in daily marketing work.

What you will do

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Write blog posts, email copy, captions, and campaign materials, and engage with audiences.
• Manage email campaigns, lead nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, and CRM data.
• Track reach, engagement, leads, and conversions, and deliver regular performance reports.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Zapier, and Make in daily workflows.
• At Manager level, build and execute the marketing plan, test channels, and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience for the Manager level; Associate roles require 1–2 years of experience.
• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Availability during client business hours with required time zone overlap.
• Daily, intermediate-level use of AI tools for marketing tasks.
• Familiarity with at least one CRM or email marketing platform and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to have

• LinkedIn marketing or social selling experience.
• SEO or content marketing experience.
• Paid advertising coordination experience.
• Experience with U.S. or international remote clients.
