Regional Lead, People Enablement

Location: San Francisco or Seattle, United States; willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours across global time zones is required.

Base salary: $140,000–$250,000 USD per year, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Own the People Enablement portfolio for North America, including performance, feedback, onboarding, leadership, and manager development.
• Contribute to global programs with the London-based team and execute them locally across North American teams.
• Adapt headquarters-built programs to regional needs and represent People Enablement with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with the regional people leadership team, including the VP of HR for AI Infrastructure and Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Define success measures and report on program outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across talent, people, or related fields, with broad functional experience.
• Senior-level judgment developed through building, improving, and rebuilding people programs.
• Credibility to work with executives and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Fluency with technology and AI, with an ability to build using them.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and rapid change.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours across global time zones.

• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor without a large team.
