Dir, Product Management - Cboe Clear US (Fintech)

Location: Four days per week in the office in Chicago or New York; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $196,350–$254,100 base salary annually, plus potential incentive compensation and long-term equity participation.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, implementation strategy, and execution roadmap for the Cboe Clear U.S. clearing platform.
• Prioritize platform features and enhancements based on strategic fit, business impact, cost, and resource allocation.
• Lead product launches from conception through production implementation and adoption.
• Engage clearing member firms, participating exchanges, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and manage roadmap expectations.
• Oversee middleware onboarding, education, vendor alignment, and delivery timelines for integrations and services.
• Build and mentor the product team while strengthening cross-functional collaboration and platform standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing, exchanges, FCMs, broker-dealers, banks, or related financial market organizations.
• Experience translating strategic direction into operating plans and leading complex initiatives from concept through adoption.
• Experience working in CFTC- and SEC-regulated environments, including knowledge of CFTC Part 39 and SEC Regulation 17 CFR §240.17ad-22.
• Deep expertise with clearing and middle-office platforms such as FIS, ION, or Broadridge.
• Experience with tokenization technologies, Agile practices, software development lifecycles, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience at a Derivatives Clearing Organization, Covered Clearing Agency, Exchange, Futures Commission Merchant, Broker-Dealer, or Bank.
