Distribution Coordinator (Logistics)

What you will do

• Perform daily warehouse and client operations, including receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.
• Use WMS and computerized inventory control systems to maintain accurate records and complete data entry.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock takes while ensuring KPI targets for inventory accuracy are met.
• Process invoicing, billing documentation, domestic transportation bill ratings, and operational reports.
• Provide warehouse staff with receiving and shipping documents and direct seasonal or temporary labor.
• Handle customer enquiries with supervisory guidance and support miscellaneous operational projects.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to operate forklifts, electric pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Physical ability to unload and move boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with computer-based inventory management systems and packing lists.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to direct seasonal temporary labor.
• Experience in hyperseasonal or education-related operations environments.

Nice to have

• Fluent spoken Spanish.
• Experience informally leading, training, or directing temporary or seasonal labor.
