Mass Account Transfers Operations Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle with less than 25% travel.

What you will do

• Lead mass account transfer conversions and other operational initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, business teams, and external stakeholders.
• Advise business partners on operational risks, impacts, alternatives, and solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decisions, and resolve issues across concurrent initiatives.
• Track operational readiness, prepare reporting and executive updates, and improve efficiency, controls, scalability, and client experience.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of general professional experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, brokerage, or wealth management operations.
• Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units, including advisor conversions, onboarding, acquisitions, integrations, or operational change.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 certifications are highly preferred.
