Automation Programmer Intern (C#/VB.NET/SQL)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with flex employees expected to work in the office at least three days per week. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Participate in a formal 10-week internship program and contribute to business and technical projects.
• Design, test, and implement production automation and database solutions using approved technologies.
• Research, analyze data, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams while owning assigned deliverables with mentor and manager guidance.
• Support internally developed applications and initiatives that improve business and member experiences.
• Deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, or information management; rising senior status is required.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Knowledge or experience with C#, VB.NET, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Practical PC skills, especially Excel, Word, and Access, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Available for the full 10-week program and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
