Senior Application Programmer

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $66,000–$79,000 per year, plus an incentive plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and update hirify.global-developed local customizations under maintenance.
• Define customer requirements and use cases, scope solutions, prepare statements of work, and deliver technical programming and system updates.
• Develop programs and integrations using C#, XML, .NET, SQL, and REST API calls.
• Implement and configure standard integrations through the Unity (Boomi) platform.
• Consult with customers, explain technical solutions to non-technical users, and provide training as requested.
• Lead collaboration with other developers and mentor the Application Programming team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working at an accredited college or university or in the higher education market.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and products in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.
• Experience with hirify.global software.
