Technician Production Fill & Finish (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Control production equipment and perform in-process controls according to GMP requirements.
• Execute scheduled production activities for aseptic fill-and-finish operations, including preparation, setup, and shutdown of automated isolator filling lines.
• Perform vial visual inspection, take WFI samples, ensure operational traceability, and report anomalies to Quality Control.
• Record deviations, participate in investigations, and complete batch release activities, including reviewing exceptions and closing batch records.
• Execute equipment qualification protocols and participate in maintenance, cleaning, 5S, Gemba, and continuous improvement activities.
• Complete required training and train colleagues in the relevant area of expertise.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific training such as CFC, equivalent qualification, Bachelor HES, or DUT/BTS in industrial pharmacy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the chemical, agri-food, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• Practical experience in cGMP production and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Availability for shift work, including weekend work depending on the department, and occasional daytime work.
• Team-oriented approach, flexibility, and readiness to participate in investigations and problem resolution.
