Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing creatives within the Marketing Production team.
• Translate performance marketing and acquisition goals into creative briefs and testable hypotheses.
• Oversee the production of video, static, and UGC assets for paid acquisition channels.
• Analyze creative performance using CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, and identify opportunities for iteration and scaling.
• Build scalable creative frameworks and variation systems while managing predictable production timelines.
• Collaborate with the UA and content production teams and document creative learnings and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition channels.
• Conversational English required for effective communication with international teams.
• Hands-on experience with CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience managing creative testing, iteration, and scaling.
• Ability to manage production pipelines and multiple creative iterations.
• Data-driven mindset focused on efficiency and results.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for creative production or optimization.
• Experience working with Tier-1 markets.
• Structured thinking.
