C-130/L-382 Instructor Loadmaster (Aerospace)

Location: Tampa, United States; onsite work in office, classroom, and simulator environments. Only U.S. citizens are eligible, and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Deliver C-130/L-382 loadmaster instruction covering flight manuals, cargo handling, weight and balance, loadmaster procedures, and airdrop operations.
• Teach crew resource management and night vision systems in classroom, simulator, fuselage trainer, and practical environments.
• Coordinate and lead aircrew student activities during simulator training sessions.
• Develop curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and courseware, and prepare post-training evaluation reports.
• Evaluate and redirect students as needed while maintaining safety as the highest priority.
• Maintain technical knowledge, communication skills, aviation mathematics, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as a loadmaster and three years as a C-130/L-382 aircraft loadmaster instructor.
• At least 2,000 hours of flight time as a C-130/L-382 loadmaster.
• Previous curriculum development and C-130 airdrop experience.
• Ability to provide U.S. military or civil airline records documenting prior flight and simulator/fuselage trainer time.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel internationally for extended assignments, and conduct instruction for up to eight hours per day.
