TL;DR

Dental Laboratory Technician (Digital Design): Processing restoration design and front-end dental cases through model cleaning, design review, and digital quality inspection with an accent on orthodontic records, treatment prescriptions, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on troubleshooting workflow issues, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining accuracy in a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the Costa Rica hub.

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; hybrid schedule with at least one day per week at the Costa Rica hub

What you will do

Process restoration design and front-end cases on a daily basis.
Clean models, review designs, and perform digital quality inspections.
Collaborate with R&D, CA, Design Services, CST, manufacturing, and business teams.
Assist with coworker training and perform assigned operational duties.

Requirements

Completed high school diploma.
At least three years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
Fluent English.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.
Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
Computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to troubleshoot issues systematically.
