Operating Office Global Gifting Intern (Beauty)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model with both remote and office-based work.

What you will do

• Support global gifting execution for a dedicated cluster of iconic beauty brands.
• Build gift-set line-ups using market trends and previous-year sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Assist with commercial execution and ensure timing accuracy aligned with CPS.
• Analyze KPIs, monitor forecasts and shipments, and help avoid VAR.
• Contribute to post-mortem analyses and competitive gifting benchmarks to identify campaign optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Trade, Finance, Markets, and Divisional Planning.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn and navigate data management tools.
• Rigor and attention to detail when handling multiple project deadlines.
• Fluent English required for communication with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Interest in market trends and ability to organize complex information in support of strategy.
