BBH Internship in Compliance (Fintech)

Location: Krakow, Poland; onsite in the BBH Compliance Team

What you will do

• Maintain and organize Compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Support onboarding and Compliance training, including preparation of materials and maintenance of training records.
• Assist with day-to-day Compliance questions and research covering Personal Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption.
• Review employee disclosures and Personal Trading requests, and track potential Compliance issues.
• Support Compliance monitoring, reporting, information preparation, simple analysis, and automation tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English at minimum B2 level
• Student who is at least in the third year of study.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and task-prioritization skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and motivation to learn.
• Solid MS Excel skills.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
