Sr. Technical Program Manager, Content Localization (AI/ML)

Salary: $148,700–$201,200 USD annually for Seattle; $171,000–$231,400 USD annually for San Francisco.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs spanning multiple Prime Video organizations and domains.
• Define program scope, requirements, long-term plans, roadmaps, and delivery mechanisms.
• Drive technical decisions, system-level design, architectural trade-offs, and risk management across engineering teams.
• Partner with science, engineering, product, and business teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into customer-facing experiences.
• Build stakeholder consensus, present complex decisions to senior leadership, and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Establish operational best practices and mentor other technical program managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, coordinating release schedules, and building processes.
• Experience evaluating system-level technical designs and developing technical roadmaps.
• Role location: Seattle, Washington, United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
