Technical Program Manager, Public Sector

Location: Boston, MA. Must be able to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area at least three days per week and travel at least 25% of the time, with occasional periods of up to 50% travel.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows and enterprise-grade AI solutions for Public Sector and national security use cases.
• Own or support customer account planning, build customer relationships, and triage technical issues.
• Analyze data and operational challenges to align engineering, operations, product, and public sector resources.
• Transition generative AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies into working government products despite ambiguous requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams toward customer AI/ML objectives and manage long-term customer success risks.
• Identify repeatable solutions for future customers and address engineering problems with product development teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• At least 3 years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Technical background in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related professional field.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and machine learning fundamentals, including RAG, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work at a cleared facility in the greater Boston area three or more days per week and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, including CAD product lifecycle management, configuration management, engineering drawing standards, and digital twins.
• Experience with legacy aircraft sustainment or maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs.
• Experience at an API technology company or managing technical customers through an API.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
