Localization Associate Producer (Gaming)

Location: Remote, LATAM. Availability to work 9-to-5 US Eastern Time Zone hours is required.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day localization production for assigned video game products, including request intake, scheduling, content preparation, TMS management, and delivery across multiple languages.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, project plans, risks, and operational communication with internal stakeholders.
• Brief and coordinate external vendors, including schedules, queries, and quality expectations.
• Maintain glossaries, style guides, Translation Memories, and other linguistic assets.
• Support AI-assisted localization workflows and coordinate human post-editing.
• Collaborate with Localization Producers and provide coordination and coverage when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in localization, preferably with hands-on production ownership.
• Experience with TMS platforms such as Smartling or similar tools.
• Experience with Jira, localization workflows, and LQA.
• Experience with AI/machine translation post-editing workflows and external vendor coordination.
• Full professional proficiency in English and availability during 9-to-5 US Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
