Clinical Research Interface Manager (Genomics)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid blended working with office attendance expected at least twice per month. Office locations include London, Cambridge, and Leeds.

What you will do

• Manage the Diagnostic Discovery pathway for returning candidate diagnoses to NHS laboratories.
• Coordinate Clinical Collaboration requests between researchers and clinicians.
• Work with hirify.global teams, NHS clinicians, scientists, laboratories, and the Research Network to resolve complex cases and requests.
• Manage consent verification, patient information checks, and laboratory identification.
• Maintain tracking systems, reports, operational documentation, and case governance records.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or precision medicine.
• Understanding of genomics, genetics, or biological sciences.
• Experience supporting and developing team members.
• Strong organisational, planning, process management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of health data, information governance, data privacy, and sensitive patient information.
• Experience with workflow, service management, or case management systems such as Jira or ServiceNow; an MSc or equivalent professional experience is required.
