What you will do

• Develop and integrate 300mm silicon photonic semiconductor processes from development through customer engagement and production.
• Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to drive process solutions.
• Work with technology development and business units to define project scope and address technical requirements.
• Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence, and yield improvement.
• Lead activities supporting safe and responsible operations and environmental, health, safety, and security programs.

Requirements

• PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, solid-state physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a silicon photonics-related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering advanced silicon photonic technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope, and cost trade-off management.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• FEOL and BEOL process experience with silicon photonic technology.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
• Experience working with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
