Senior Director, Global Head Transformation Advanced Synthesis

What you will do

• Lead the global transformation strategy for Advanced Synthesis operations, including the long-term roadmap, prioritization, governance, and execution of critical initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence and productivity programs that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational reliability.
• Introduce and scale digital tools and systems to improve process performance, data integrity, and operational flexibility across sites.
• Develop and manage global training frameworks that build technical and operational capabilities across the workforce.
• Deliver high-impact cross-functional projects using LBMS principles and report progress to global stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor local Operational Excellence, Training, and Transformation leaders while partnering with MSAT, EHS, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master’s degree or eMBA is preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience leading global transformation, operational excellence, and productivity improvement initiatives in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing digitalization, global or multi-site leadership, strategic execution, and development of diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of GMP and global regulatory frameworks, with experience supporting compliant operations.
