CFO PE-Backed International Consumer-Facing Business

Location: South East England

Salary: £200,000–£220,000 per annum, plus equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance across the group.
• Act as a key adviser to the CEO and senior leadership team on commercial and operational decisions.
• Lead the finance function across a complex, multi-site operation.
• Develop financial systems, processes, reporting, and management information.
• Support growth, expansion, efficiency improvements, and strategic corporate initiatives.
• Work with the CEO, investors, and stakeholders in preparation for a future exit event.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or ACMA qualification.
• Proven experience as a CFO in a private-equity-backed, multi-site, consumer-facing business of significant scale.
• Track record of supporting substantial growth and expansion.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence board-level and investor-level stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving business with ambitious expansion plans.
• Hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style.
