CFO PE Backed Buy and Build Marketing Services Business

Salary: £180,000–£200,000 per annum, plus equity, bonus and benefits

PE-backed marketing services business pursuing organic growth and a buy-and-build strategy.

What you will do

• Lead the company’s financial strategy and support the next stage of profitable growth.
• Drive the financial aspects of M&A activities, acquisitions and integration.
• Develop and execute the financial blueprint, including accurate projections for strategic decision-making.
• Establish risk management measures and ensure effective financial operations.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while professionalising the finance function.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or ACMA certification.
• Experience as a CFO or Divisional CFO in a PE-backed marketing services business.
• Proven track record leading buy-and-build strategies, ideally through a successful exit.
• Experience building out a finance team and professionalising the finance function for scalable growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at pace and drive change.
• Ability to work in the City of London, London.
