Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Own AI solutions from technical discovery through production and continuous improvement.
• Design and evolve Generative AI, RAG, and agentic applications.
• Build agents and workflows that interact with tools, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Define orchestration patterns including Human-in-the-Loop, long-running workflows, retries, fallbacks, and deterministic controls.
• Establish evaluation, observability, guardrails, and reliability practices for AI applications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders while supporting engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software design, distributed services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and production systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic AI, tool use, function calling, orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop, embeddings, vector search, chunking, and reranking.
• Experience with AI frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Strands, and with multiple LLM providers.
• Knowledge of cloud-native practices, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and AI evaluation and observability. Fluent English is required for technical discussions with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and long-running agent workflows.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, coding agents, GitHub, or developer tooling integrations.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, or hybrid retrieval architectures.
• Experience with Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or similar platforms.
