Looking for an engineer who has hands-on experience building AI agents that actually execute workflows, not just chat interfaces.
You’ll work on agents that connect to APIs and internal systems, use tools, retrieve context, make decisions across multiple steps, and recover when something fails.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong Python and backend engineering
• Production experience with LLM APIs and agentic systems
• LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Tool/function calling and structured outputs
• RAG, embeddings, vector search, and context management
• Agent state, memory, routing, retries, and fallback logic
• API integrations and event-driven workflows
• LLM evaluation, tracing, and debugging
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS
Experience with multi-agent orchestration, MCP, human-in-the-loop workflows, or production agent monitoring is a strong plus.
This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership from agent design and implementation through evaluation, deployment, and production reliability.
