What you will do

• Support Client Services teams with affiliate programme operations for major clients.
• Upload offers, create advertising programmes, and communicate programme details to publisher partners.
• Review, approve, and reject publisher applications and conduct programme audits for compliance.
• Maintain internal documentation, operational processes, and support materials.
• Support automation initiatives and projects that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal stakeholders through email, phone, messaging, live chat, and other channels.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English is required.
• Proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues and take on additional tasks.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet multiple client deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to take ownership of individual responsibilities and arrange appropriate cover during time off.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
