🤝 Affiliate Manager (iGaming)
Location: Office
Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Search for and attract new affiliate partners in Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs
- Communicate with existing affiliates and support daily cooperation
- Onboard new partners: provide links, offers, promo materials, and basic product information
- Work with SEO affiliates and support campaigns with other traffic types when needed
- Monitor partner performance and key metrics: FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, ROI
- Track traffic quality and escalate suspicious or low-quality traffic to the team lead / Risk team
- Participate in negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals
- Prepare basic reports in Excel / Google Sheets
- Share partner feedback with internal teams
- Attend iGaming / affiliate conferences in Europe when required

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience in iGaming / betting is required
- Experience on the operator side is preferred
- Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
- Experience with SEO traffic is required
- Experience with other traffic types will be a plus
- Basic understanding of affiliate metrics: FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, ROI
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets
- Passport allowing visa-free travel across Europe for conferences
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented personality
