Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and reactivate affiliate partners through targeted outreach.
• Build and strengthen the partner network through affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates about program updates, product features, and policies.
• Monitor traffic, transactions, and performance to identify anomalies, prevent fraud, and support compliance.
• Provide banners, promotional copy, screenshots, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Plan campaigns, incentives, seasonal promotions, and bonus structures while analyzing ROI and performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of web analytics fundamentals and traffic performance metrics, including ROI, ROMI, eCPA, and ARPU.
• Knowledge of traffic sources and affiliate payment models such as CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 traffic.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
