What you will do
- Lead testing and delivery assurance activities across multiple projects in cash equities, derivatives, and securities financing services.
- Enhance the existing Java, Cucumber, and Gherkin test framework and conduct hands-on testing.
- Schedule and run testing phases, prepare test plans and cases, and produce end-of-test reports.
- Work with Risk Operations, Risk Margin, and other risk teams to ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Provide production support as a subject matter expert and investigate failures through root-cause analysis.
- Manage test progress and defects using Jira and Zephyr while maintaining quality through software release.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience testing risk systems, preferably within clearing or capital markets.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Cucumber/Gherkin, SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux, and test automation.
- Understanding of margining, including variation margin, initial margin, collateral, and market data from a testing perspective.
- Demonstrable experience leading testing across multiple projects and working in agile/DevOps environments.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, FIX, MQ, IBM i, and SWIFT.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and hands-on testing skills.
