What you will do
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into test scenarios and system configurations.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated functional, integration, and regression tests.
- Configure system settings, validate application functionality, and troubleshoot testing issues.
- Support software releases, deployments, production verification, and post-release validation.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to improve testing processes and quality.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test engineering.
- Strong experience with manual, functional, integration, and regression testing across complex application landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools; TOSCA experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery models and continuous testing practices.
- Knowledge of testing and project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, cards, payments, or financial services.
- Experience supporting application modernization initiatives.
