Inventory Specialist

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace. The role may require travel up to 5–10% within Europe.

What you will do

• Create and analyze stock discrepancy reports across stores, shop-in-shops, outlets, and external warehouses.
• Investigate and resolve stock differences with internal departments and stock control stakeholders.
• Manage inventory movements in ERP and POS systems and identify system errors with IT.
• Perform monthly inventory controls and support annual financial and stock audits.
• Coordinate stock counts, inventory reporting, process improvements, and store training.
• Act as a key contact for inventory topics across Operations, Retail, Finance, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, stock management, retail operations, or warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably M3, POS systems, preferably CEGID, applications, and reporting tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and SQL.
• Analytical, process-oriented, self-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
