Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Relocation provided. Travel required: 0%–25%. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $171,000–$198,000 USD annual base pay, plus a 30% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end engineering outcomes, including quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and time-to-value.
• Set technical direction and evolve product architecture in alignment with enterprise standards and product strategy.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Design on discovery, feasibility assessment, solution shaping, and continuous delivery.
• Lead full-stack and Salesforce platform development across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom extensions.
• Establish standards for code quality, test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Mentor engineers, coach teams on craftsmanship and systems thinking, and influence stakeholders through technical credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading a product technology team.
• Experience leading product teams through continuous discovery and delivery.
• Strong system design and architecture expertise in modern cloud-native environments.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, SRE, secure-by-design principles, and Salesforce platform development.
• Current full-time United States work authorization; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
