Equipment Technology Engineering Cell Lead (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On-premise at Grange Castle, Dublin, Ireland. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. No relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Lead engineering team cells through capital projects using the hirify.global Capital Projects Management Plan.
• Ensure schedule adherence, project deliverables, cashflow management, safety, compliance, and close collaboration with operational units, program leads, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership in Delta V, equipment design, facility fit, commissioning, and validation.
• Support on-floor commissioning and qualification activities during C&Q phases.
• Manage relationships with architecture, engineering, and construction management teams when required.
• Manage and develop colleagues within the Equipment Technology group while promoting safety and site engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong Delta V knowledge and experience with commissioning and validation.
• Experience with equipment design, facility fit, new product introduction, or new equipment projects.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, influencing, and people-management skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
