Chief of Staff (Business Operations & Project Management)

Location: Manila, Philippines; fully remote work.

Total annual compensation: $120,000–$260,000, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Partner directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives and executive decisions.
• Design organizational structures, operating models, KPI dashboards, reporting systems, annual plans, and company OKRs.
• Lead AI implementation, operational excellence, process redesign, and cross-functional transformation projects.
• Evaluate acquisitions, conduct due diligence, and support venture incubation and new company launches.
• Develop portfolio company strategies, improve performance, and support product commercialization, market expansion, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Recruit CEOs and senior executives, build leadership systems, and reduce founder dependency through stronger operations.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience solving complex business problems in strategy consulting, business operations, an Office of the CEO, private equity portfolio operations, venture building, or a consumer-focused investment firm.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams is highly valued.
• Strong business judgment, first-principles thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable solutions and communicate clearly with senior executives.
• Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and bias toward execution.
• Ability to work across strategy, operations, finance, AI, investing, product development, recruiting, and execution.
