What you will do

• Manage client relationships as the primary onsite operational contact for client managers, shift leaders, and HR teams.
• Oversee high-volume sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, orientation, site walkthroughs, and safety briefings.
• Manage daily attendance, shift check-ins, clock-in records, absences, worker queries, and performance concerns.
• Coordinate workforce scaling with client operational leaders based on changing demand.
• Maintain compliance documentation, Right to Work checks, background checks, safety certifications, and audit trails.
• Track fulfilment, attendance, and turnover data, present performance reports, and support onsite coordinators or recruitment supervisors.

Requirements

• Experience managing client relationships and onsite recruitment or workforce operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines and meet tight shift-start deadlines.
• Knowledge of onboarding, attendance management, workforce fulfilment, and operational reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate compliance records and support audits.
• Ability to guide and mentor onsite coordinators or recruitment supervisors.
• Ability to work onsite in Feltham, UK.
