Strategic Finance Senior Manager

Location: 100% onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, United States

Salary: $195,000–$225,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Create detailed financial models covering revenue streams, expenses, cash flows, and component costs.
• Partner with business functions on commercial opportunities, corporate initiatives, investments, and spending decisions.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses of performance, metrics, and KPIs, identifying ways to reduce variances against plan.
• Run and improve monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range FP&A planning processes.
• Participate in quarterly close and finance and accounting process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide high-impact analysis for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Strong command of GAAP accounting.
• Advanced financial and business modeling skills, including the ability to build three-statement models.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Ability to analyze complex topics, visualize data, and deliver actionable insights.
• Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, California.
