Global Supplier Risk & Governance Director

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global Strategic Supplier Management framework across the supplier lifecycle.
• Lead governance initiatives covering third-party risk management, ESG, supplier performance, policy, client assurance, and supplier lifecycle management.
• Design scalable operating models, governance forums, decision-making processes, and accountability structures.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Information Security, Privacy, Finance, Technology, Data, and AI teams to address regulatory and operational requirements.
• Lead transformation initiatives using technology, automation, analytics, and AI to improve supplier governance and user experience.
• Advise senior Procurement and Enterprise Services stakeholders, influence across regions, and develop organizational capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supplier governance, procurement, third-party risk, compliance, enterprise risk, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of supplier lifecycle management, TPRM, supplier governance, ESG, or related areas.
• Experience leading large cross-functional transformation initiatives in global organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including the ability to work without formal authority.
