Senior Mechanical Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage all mechanical aspects of projects from startup through delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Review project specifications and coordinate technical submittals through approval.
• Maintain labour trackers, weekly progress reports, schedules, and records of changes and variations.
• Coordinate main contractors, clients, subcontractors, site teams, plant, equipment, and material availability.
• Implement construction and commissioning programmes and manage commissioning activities on site.
• Maintain handover documentation and communicate project-specific innovations to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Successful track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred.
