Finance Ops Associate (Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, onsite five days a week

Company

hirify.global develops robotics and software to automate onsite construction, building its hardware and software stack in-house.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices by checking orders and supporting documents, assigning categories, resolving discrepancies, and collecting approvals.
• Support the monthly close by reconciling transactions, checking accounting periods, and following up on outstanding items.
• Maintain supplier details, receipts, expense records, customer invoices, and payment tracking.
• Improve finance workflows by documenting processes, identifying recurring errors, and using software and AI to reduce manual work.
• Support operations projects involving supplier research, analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Interest in finance and business; suitable for a recent graduate or someone with around one year of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail when working with invoices and spreadsheets.
• Good organisation, follow-through, and ability to manage deadlines and missing information.
• Clear communication with colleagues and suppliers.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and willingness to learn new systems.
• Good judgement when handling confidential financial and company information.

Nice to have

• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting software, or month-end closing.
