Finance Administrator (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Process customer invoices, credit notes, and daily customer payments.
• Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in internal systems.
• Manage customer accounts and relationships to support timely collection of accounts receivable balances.
• Reconcile accounts receivable aging, payment allocations, voucher creation, and month-end invoicing.
• Process inter-company voucher recharges and assist with inter-company and inter-department queries.
• Investigate customer queries and address concerns, while completing additional finance administration duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a finance administration role.
• Relevant accounting degree or diploma.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and strong Excel skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer and inter-department queries professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial software such as SAGE Evolution.
