Lead Product Manager - Trust & Safety (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Spain, Portugal, or Poland

What you will do

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Build proactive fraud prevention capabilities, including a risk engine, data-signal intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to deliver real-time detection and decisioning systems using machine learning models, LLMs, and behavioral signals.
• Balance fraud mitigation with marketplace growth and a low-friction experience for legitimate users.
• Define success metrics, instrumentation, monitoring, evaluation, and business cases for prevention investments.
• Represent Trust & Safety to senior and executive stakeholders while coordinating with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience in a high-scale digital, consumer, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar environment.
• Experience owning Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity and verification, marketplace integrity, account security, abuse prevention, payments risk, or compliance technology products.
• Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, abuse, or other trust-related risks.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to defining metrics, evaluating impact, and prioritizing initiatives.
• Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or high-risk environments.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, automation, and data products at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across multiple international markets and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with emerging regulations and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
