Product Manager - Digital Projects (AI)

What you will do

• Own digital products and AI-powered customer journeys across the digital ecosystem.
• Build product roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and investment priorities.
• Drive omnichannel experiences using AI-assisted insights, personalization signals, and behavioral analytics.
• Analyze conversion funnels, drop-offs, session replay, NPS, and other product performance metrics.
• Translate data and AI insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, Technology, Data, UX, Loyalty, and other stakeholders to optimize customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital, eCommerce, airline, travel, or customer-facing technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or customer journeys simultaneously.
• Strong experience in roadmap development, business case creation, investment planning, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development practices.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in airline, travel, loyalty, digital commerce, payments, or self-service ecosystems is highly desirable.
