Product Owner (Aviation)

What you will do

• Contribute to product strategy, vision, and roadmap with the Product Manager.
• Review, prioritise, and continuously improve the backlog for 1–2 Scrum teams.
• Define features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and acceptance tests.
• Validate delivered stories and features against acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and facilitate iteration planning.
• Run product demos and retrospectives to improve delivery velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development or as a Product Owner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Demonstrated success defining, delivering, and launching products.
• Technical and business operations knowledge with the ability to drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or equivalent certification.
• Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product.
