Digital Payments Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Pensacola, Florida; Vienna, Virginia; or Winchester, Virginia. Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Available shifts are 7:00pm–3:30am, 11:00am–7:30pm, or 3:00am–11:30am.

Salary: $24 per hour on a W-2 contract.

What you will do

• Process and review wire transfers, cashier’s checks, faster payments, Western Union transactions, and related operational workflows.
• Apply OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and internal policies.
• Analyze complex payment scenarios, identify root causes, and resolve exceptions.
• Review payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational objectives.

• Knowledge of payment operations processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail when reviewing payments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from Pensacola, Vienna, or Winchester in the stated hybrid schedule.
