Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist (Customer-Facing)

Location: Oxford, England, United Kingdom; candidates must live within or have easy access to East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, or Surrey.

What you will do

• Support implementation of the National Immunisation Programme across NHS systems.
• Work with Integrated Care Systems and Primary Care Networks to increase vaccine uptake.
• Improve patient identification, search, recall, and action processes.
• Support a COPD Quality Improvement Programme by helping healthcare professionals identify, review, and optimise patient cohorts.
• Engage and influence clinicians, pharmacists, NHS decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver measurable outcomes against objectives, targets, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Registration as a Pharmacist.
• Experience working at PCN or ICB level, preferably extensively across PCNs.
• Strong understanding of GP practices, PCNs, and wider NHS systems.
• Experience supporting patient search, recall, and action processes, particularly in vaccination programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, customer-facing, and partnership-working skills.
• Commercial awareness combined with a patient-centred approach and the ability to drive change.
