Automation Specialist

What you will do

• Load and process sundry invoices and credit notes on time.
• Create and maintain templates and tables in Bottomline.
• Verify invoices in AFI and maintain related tables.
• Support the loading of trade documents and collaborate with colleagues in Tongeren.
• Work on projects assigned by the Automation Manager and provide local technical support for automated processes.
• Identify process issues, support improvements, prepare efficiency reports, and monitor RPA bot performance.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of organizational practices and procedures.
• Ability to perform semi-routine work and identify when alternative solutions are needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good English level.
