What you will do
- Handle customer demand on a daily basis and proactively review requirements.
- Create, update, and manage customer purchase orders, scheduling agreements, and forecasts in SAP and third-party systems.
- Manage customer forecasts, exceptions, errors, order backlogs, systemic blocks, and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Program, Operations, Sales, and Asset teams on customer demand and fulfillment risks.
- Maintain records, pricing data, process quality standards, performance metrics, and operational reports.
- Respond to customer information requests and provide accurate product and solution information.
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong computer, email, telephone, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, mainly Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and provide timely, accurate information.
- Ability to remain resilient under pressure, learn quickly, and handle unfamiliar tasks.
