Procurement Professional - Indirect Sourcing (Software)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; in-office work required

What you will do

• Translate Engineering stakeholder needs into sourcing strategies and supplier engagements.
• Lead and support renewals, RFPs, and direct negotiations to deliver cost savings and commercial value.
• Manage source-to-contract activities for assigned indirect categories.
• Partner with Legal to review, negotiate, and manage contractual terms, conditions, and risks.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and contract records in required systems.
• Apply ethical purchasing standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of progressive commodity or supply chain management experience, including direct source-to-contract experience.
• Experience managing indirect categories, with knowledge of IT and software procurement, software licensing, cloud architecture, IT labor statements of work, and SaaS.
• Negotiation and contract management skills, including understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of ethical purchasing requirements and ability to collaborate with Legal.

Nice to have

• Five years of direct source-to-contract experience facilitating bilateral master agreements.
• Five years of IT and software sourcing experience.
• Experience with procurement and services contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and hardware sales and service agreements.
