Procurement Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid work with an office in New Belgrade, Serbia; supports R&D teams in Serbia and the UK.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for R&D projects across Serbia and the UK.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and place purchase orders.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of equipment, components, and materials.
• Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and communication with customs brokers and authorities.
• Track orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve delivery and logistics issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams while maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
• Experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong organisational, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and procurement-related tools; ability to work with international cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Serbian; bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
