Health and Safety Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years

What you will do

• Support, deploy, and manage workplace health and safety policies, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct accident investigations, occupational risk assessments, and compliance monitoring.
• Advise managers on safety issues and propose corrective, technical, and organizational measures.
• Organize ongoing and initial health and safety training and promote employee safety awareness.
• Review office fire and life safety programs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain records and prepare periodic analyses concerning workplace accidents, occupational diseases, harmful workplace factors, and working conditions.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate education in health and safety is essential.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance.
• Familiarity with life safety and fire regulations.
• Verbal and written Polish and English skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
