Location: Gliwice, Poland; travel within the EMEA region up to 20–30%

What you will do

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE processes and practices for Automation Solutions.
• Partner with managers to identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor compliance with internal HSE requirements and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure HSE incidents are reported, investigated, communicated, and followed up with corrective and preventive actions.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification management, audits, and management system development.
• Analyze HSE performance trends, prepare management reports, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience and authority as at least a senior occupational safety and health specialist under Polish law.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and electrical safety practices in a global environment.
• Proficient English is required.
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within EMEA up to 20–30%.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH or equivalent certification.
• ISO lead auditor certification.
• Additional language skills.
