Head of Project Controlling

What you will do

• Lead and continuously develop the global Project Controlling function across regions and projects.
• Lead and coach the international Project Controlling team while driving capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Manage forecasting, estimate-at-completion processes, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and project portfolio transparency.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate project financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide consolidated portfolio reporting and financial decision support to executive management and key stakeholders.
• Standardize Project Controlling processes, develop SAP-based project structures, and advance analytics, planning, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in Project Controlling, Commercial Project Management, or Finance leadership in an international project business environment.
• Strong expertise in project financial steering, governance, risk management, and IFRS project accounting.
• Experience with SAP-based Project Controlling environments.
• Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams and driving transformation in complex international organizations.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
